The starting position.
A multi-state healthcare group ran a sprawl of clinical and administrative applications across ageing on-premises infrastructure. Audit fatigue was rising, capacity was constrained, and the group's growth plan required a more elastic platform without compromising HIPAA-aligned controls.

What Cylentrix did.
Cylentrix designed a HIPAA-aligned cloud landing zone, rationalised the application portfolio across the 6Rs, and executed a 9-month phased migration with controlled cutover at each application boundary. FinOps controls were embedded from week one. DR was redesigned to a Tier-III architecture.
