A hospitality group with 47 properties had inherited an inconsistent network estate from successive acquisitions. PCI-DSS scope had grown unmanageable and guest Wi-Fi performance varied wildly between properties.
Cylentrix delivered a PCI-DSS aligned network rebuild across the 47 properties: segmentation between cardholder data environments and everything else, central guest Wi-Fi with identity, and a unified NOC for the estate. Cutover was sequenced property-by-property to avoid guest-facing disruption.
PCI-DSS scope reduced to a documented and audited set of segments. Guest Wi-Fi performance lifted across the estate. Central NOC now owns the operational view of all 47 properties.
