The starting position.
A 25,000-employee global IT services firm operated a flat-trust VPN model that had aged badly. Privileged-access incidents were rising, MFA coverage was inconsistent across acquired entities, and the operating shape of the security programme had not kept pace with the company's growth across 60 countries.
02APPROACH
What Cylentrix did.
Cylentrix designed and rolled out a Zero Trust workspace architecture: identity consolidation, conditional access, device posture, ZTNA replacing VPN for priority populations, and privileged access management with just-in-time access. The rollout was sequenced over 18 months with regional change-management leadership at every step.

84% reduction in privileged-access incidents. ZTNA deployed to over 18,000 employees. VPN footprint reduced by more than 90%. Identity hygiene now continuously monitored across the global estate.
