Who we are
This privacy notice applies to Cylentric Systems Pvt Ltd and Cylentrix Global Inc (together, "Cylentrix"). For the purposes of the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the data fiduciary / data controller is the Cylentrix entity contracting with you.
What we collect
- Information you provide — name, organisation, role, work email, work phone, country, and the content of any message you send us through forms, email or scheduled calls.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, user agent, page viewed, referrer, timestamp. We use this to improve site performance and detect abuse.
- Information from engagements — for active client engagements, the data described in the engagement contract and processing agreement.
Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries and schedule meetings.
- To deliver services contracted by your organisation.
- To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations.
- To improve site performance and security.
Lawful basis
For website enquiries, the lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in operating a business contact channel. For active engagements, the lawful basis is contract performance and (where applicable) the legitimate interest of your organisation in retaining us as a service provider.
How we protect data
Cylentrix operates an ISO 27001-aligned ISMS, with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. Specifics are documented in the contracts and processing agreements that govern each engagement.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to erase it earlier. Engagement data is retained per the contract that governs the engagement. Statutory retention obligations override these defaults where they apply.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, port or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to privacy@cylentrix.com.
International transfers
Cylentrix operates across India, the United States and Singapore. Where data crosses borders, we use contractual safeguards consistent with the applicable law — including standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU to third countries.
