The starting position.
A national retail chain with 600+ stores ran a legacy MPLS network that had become both expensive and inflexible. Application performance for the cloud-hosted POS platform was inconsistent, and store-level outages were resolved on long timelines because of a flat operating model.
02APPROACH
What Cylentrix did.
Cylentrix designed a hybrid SD-WAN over ILL plus broadband underlays, with LTE failover at every store. The cutover was phased across 9 months, with parallel-run windows at every region. Application-aware routing prioritised POS and inventory traffic; everything else broke out locally to the internet.
