The starting position.
A manufacturing group with 11 plants across India had inherited an OT estate with limited visibility, no segmentation between OT and IT, and growing concerns about ransomware exposure to the production line. Production downtime tolerance was effectively zero.
02APPROACH
What Cylentrix did.
Cylentrix delivered a Purdue-aligned segmentation programme with passive OT discovery, OT-aware monitoring, and NGFW deployment between OT and IT zones. The cutover was sequenced plant by plant during planned maintenance windows. Vendor remote access was redesigned to a zero-trust model.
