Operators. Engineers. Accountable owners.
The Cylentrix leadership team is a working group of operators — not a slate of advisors. Each function is led by someone who has personally run the operations they now oversee, and every member of the executive team has a name on the breach-notification line.

Governance and accountability
Cylentrix operates under an executive committee that meets weekly on operating performance, monthly on financial outcomes, and quarterly on long-range strategy. Cyber posture, SLA performance and material client incidents are standing agenda items. Every long-term client has a named executive sponsor on the committee.
Advisory board
Our advisory board includes former CIOs and CISOs from Tier-1 financial services, healthcare and IT services. They challenge the operating model, the research thesis, and the strategic roadmap on a quarterly cadence.
