The starting position.
A top-5 insurance group operated an identity stack that had grown organically over a decade. Standing privilege was widespread, MFA coverage was inconsistent, and the audit programme had flagged identity as the most material cyber risk in the estate.
02APPROACH
What Cylentrix did.
Cylentrix delivered an identity and privileged-access programme: SSO consolidation, conditional access, MFA universal coverage, just-in-time privileged access with zero standing privilege, and continuous identity-hygiene monitoring. The programme ran across 18 months with quarterly board reporting.
03OUTCOME
What changed.
Zero standing privilege across the estate. MFA coverage at 100% for staff. Just-in-time access now enforced for every privileged session. Identity is no longer the most material cyber risk on the audit register.
